摘要

本试验运用正交试验法对优化艾叶黄酮的提取工艺及抗氧化活性进行了初步探究.经过试验得出,艾叶黄酮的最佳提取工艺为 80%乙醇溶液浸取 1∶25(g/mL)料液比的艾叶粉末 4h并超声提取50 min,提取率为3.53%.艾叶黄酮提取液浓度与总还原能力呈正相关关系,当艾叶黄酮质量浓度为1 mg/mL时,对DPPH·和·OH的清除率分别为 96.35%和 97.49%,具有较强的抗氧化活性.

Abstract

This experiment uses orthogonal design to optimize the extraction process of flavonoids from Artemisia argyi leaves and preliminarily explore their antioxidant activity.After experiments,it was found that the optimal extraction process for flavonoids from Artemisia argyi leaves is to soak the powder of Artemisia argyi leaves with a ratio of 1∶25(g/mL)in 80%ethanol solution for 4 hours and extract it with ultrasound for 50 minutes,with an extraction rate of 3.53%.There is a positive correlation between the concentration of Artemisia argyi flavonoid extract and total reducing ability.When the concentration of Artemisia argyi flavonoid is 1 mg/mL,the clearance rates of DPPH·and·OH are 96.35%and 97.49%,indicating strong antioxidant activity.
