"食品物性学"思政元素挖掘与课堂教学方法

推进食品类专业课程思政建设是中国高等教育改革的一项重要任务,旨在培养政治觉悟极高、社会责任感较强和专业能力过硬的食品行业人才.本研究以"食品物性学"为例,梳理了课程思政建设的三个关键环节.首先,从业教师必须全方位提高自身的思政素养.其次,从"融合型""衍生型"和"需求引导型"这三个方面入手,充分挖掘"食品物性学"中的思政元素.最后,结合"一用二换三引入四影响"的课堂教学方法,将挖掘到的思政元素融入课程教学中,取得潜移默化的德育教学效果,为培养具备良好道德素养和过硬专业技能的食品专业人才奠定基础.
Exploring Ideological and Political Elements and Classroom Teaching Methods in Food Physical Properties
Advancing the ideological and political development of food-related courses is a crucial mission in reforming higher education in China.It aims to cultivate professionals in the food industry who possess a strong sense of political awareness,a profound commitment to social responsibility,and outstanding expertise in respective fields.This work takes Food Physical Properties as an example to outline the three essential components of curriculum-based ideological and political development.First,it is imperative for vocational teachers to comprehensively enhance their own ideological and political qualities.Under this premise,exploring the ideological and political elements within Food Physical Properties can be approached from the three aspects of'integrative','derivative',and'demand-driven'.Finally,these discovered ideological and political elements are integrated into the teaching process by employing the teaching method of"usage-exchange-introduction-influence",achieving a subtle yet effective moral education outcome.This approach serves as the foundation for nurturing food professionals with both strong ethical principles and exceptional expertise.
