Microbial fermentation is a core process in biotechnology and industrial biotechnology,involving various complex biochemical changes.The metabolites produced during the fermentation process are crucial for understanding the physiological state of microorganisms and optimizing the production process.High-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)plays a crucial role in identifying and quantifying these metabolites as an efficient and accurate analytical method.This paper is based on the analysis of key metabolites in microbial fermentation process using high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),in order to provide reference for the control and optimization of microbial fermentation process.
