摘要

提到"病毒",相信大家对它的第一印象就是"致病".文章介绍的腺相关病毒(AAV)非但不"致病",还能协助"治病",是基因治疗技术的关键载体.文章对AAV在眼科疾病治疗方面的技术发展动向、应用现状及技术瓶颈进行综述,对比国内外创新主体的专利布局情况,以期对该技术领域的发展热点和国内外发展差距进行初步了解.

Abstract

When it comes to "virus",I believe everyone's first reaction is "disease".The adeno-associated virus(AAV)described in this article is not only not "pathogenic",but also can be used to help "cure"and is a key vector in gene therapy technology.In this paper,the new trends,application status and technical bottlenecks of AAV in ophthalmic diseases are reviewed,and the patent layout of innovative subjects at home and abroad is compared,which can provide a preliminary understanding of the development hotspots and gaps in the field of this technology.
