In the field of food safety,microbial testing is a key link to ensure food quality and consumer health.With the rapid development of the food industry and the increasing demand for food safety of consumers,traditional microbiological testing methods are no longer able to meet the urgent needs of modern food safety testing.Therefore,the development of rapid detection technology has become an important trend in the field of food microbial detection.Microbial rapid detection technology shows great application potentials in food safety detection because of its simple operation,fast detection speed,high sensitivity and good accuracy.This paper discusses the application of microbial rapid detection technology in food safety detection,to provide reference for relevant research.
