摘要

文章从盐碱化耕地的农作物根际土壤中分离筛选出高效解磷菌,结合解磷菌筛选法和钼锑抗比色法评价菌株的解磷能力;通过平皿促生实验及盆栽促生实验分析菌种对玉米生长的影响.试验结果表明:试验菌HF6.0具有溶解无机磷的能力,可使发酵液中的有效磷含量增加144.607 mg/L,达到国标要求;解磷菌对玉米植株的促生效果显著,在改善盐碱化土壤的肥力方面具有极大的应用潜力.

Abstract

The paper isolated and screened efficient phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria from the rhizosphere soil of crops in saline alkali cultivated land,and evaluated the phosphorus-solubilizing ability of the strains by combining the phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria screening method and molybdenum antimony resistance colorimetric method;This paper analyzes the effect of bacterial strains on the growth of corn through experiments on promoting growth in petri dishes and potted plants.The experimental results show that the experimental strain HF6.0 has the ability to dissolve inorganic phosphorus,which can increase the effective phosphorus content in the fermentation broth by 144.607 mg/L,meeting the national standard requirements;Phosphate-solubilizing bacteria has a significant promoting effect on maize plants and has great potentials for application in improving the fertility of saline alkali soil.
