摘要

以野菊花为物料,采用水蒸气蒸馏技术提取野菊花精油;以野菊花精油得率为指标,通过响应面试验优化提取工艺.结果表明:最佳提取工艺条件为液料比值17(mL/g),粉碎程度0.250 mm(60目),提取时间5.4 h.经过实验验证,得出野菊花精油得率为0.249 9±0.013 1%.文章为野菊花精油的进一步研究及相关产品的开发提供了理论依据.

Abstract

Using Chrysanthemum indici Flos as the material,the essential oil of Chrysanthemum indici was extracted using steam distillation technology.The yield of the essential oil was used as an indicator,and the extraction process was optimized through response surface methodology.The result indicate that:The optimal extraction process conditions are liquid to material ratio of 17(mL/g),degree of pulverization of 0.250 mm(60 mesh),and extraction time of 5.4 hours.After validation experiments,the yield of wild chrysanthemum essential oil was 0.249 9±0.013 1%.This experiment provides a theoretical basis for further research and development of related products of wild chrysanthemum essential oil.
