摘要

蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶(PTP)作为一类调节细胞活动的重要蛋白,与目前一些常见疾病,如癌症、代谢性疾病、心血管疾病、精神性疾病等密切相关.研究表明,抑制这类蛋白可以有效控制上述相关疾病的发生与发展.文章按不同亚型分类对主要蛋白抑制剂的研究进展进行介绍,以期为蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶抑制剂的开发提供参考,进一步指导相关药物开发.

Abstract

Protein tyrosine phosphatase(PTP)is as an important protein that regulates different kinds of cellular activities.Protein tyrosine phosphatase dysregulation is closely related to some common diseases including cancer,metabolic diseases,cardiovascular diseases and mental illness.Some studies have shown that the occurrence and development of these diseases can be effectively controlled by inhibiting the PTP.In this paper,the research progress on major PTP inhibitors will be reviewed according to different subtypes,in order to lay a foundation for the development of protein tyrosine phosphatase inhibitors and guide the development of related drugs.
