摘要

微生物污染已成为了一项重要的食品安全隐患.传统的微生物检测方法,如培养和生化鉴定等,虽应用广泛,但存在耗时长、灵敏度低等局限.随着分子生物学技术的迅速发展,以及速光电化学分析技术的发展,实现快速准确的微生物食品检测成为可能.然而,目前该领域的研究在样品采集、处理和分析等方面仍存在挑战.文章拟对我国目前已有的微生物检测、分析技术进行系统的研究,以期为我国的食品行业提供更加高效准确的微生物分析手段,从而促进我国食品质量及公众健康持续发展.

Abstract

Microbial contamination has become an important food safety hazard.Traditional microbial detection methods,such as cultivation and biochemical identification,are widely used,but they have limitations such as long processing time and low sensitivity.The rapid development of molecular biology technology and the advancement of fast photoelectrochemical analysis technology has made rapid and accurate detection of microbial food possible.However,current research in this field still faces challenges in sample collection,processing,and analysis.The paper intends to conduct a systematic study on the current microbial detection and analysis technologies in China,in order to provide more efficient and accurate microbial analysis methods for China's food industry,thereby promoting the sustainable development of food quality and public health in China.
