摘要

在工业废水处理领域,关于油脂废水的处理始终是环境保护中的重要课题.油脂废水主要产生于油脂加工行业中的碱炼、水洗、酸化、中和、脱酸、脱臭等各个工序.该类废水不仅含有高浓度的油脂,还含有磷脂、皂角等有机物,以及酸、碱、盐和固体悬浮物,成分十分复杂.因此,探索有效的废水处理方法对于推动环境保护和实现可持续发展具有重要意义.文章探究了活性污泥法对油脂废水的处理效果,并对比了 COD、BOD5、TP的污水处理情况,以期为相关行业的污水处理提供参考.

Abstract

In the field of industrial wastewater treatment,the treatment of oil wastewater is always an important issue of environmental protection.Oil wastewater is mainly produced in the oil processing industry alkali refining,washing,acidification,neutralization,deacidification,deodorization and other processes,Such wastewater not only contains high concentration of oil,but also contains phospholipid,saponin and other organic matter as well as acid,alkali,salt and solid suspended matter,which composition is complex.Therefore,exploring effective wastewater treatment methods is of great significance to promote environmental protection and achieve sustainable development.This paper explores the treatment effect of activated sludge method on oil wastewater,and compares the treatment effect of COD,BOD5 and TP in sewage,in order to provide references for sewage treatment in related industries.
