Research Progress on New Urinary Protein Biomarkers for Bladder Cancer
Bladder cancer is the most common malignant tumor in the urinary system.It has a high incidence rate and mortality,which seriously threatens human health and life quality,and also brings heavy economic burden to patients.Cystoscopy,urine cytology analysis and imaging examination are the most commonly used methods for clinical diagnosis of bladder cancer,but patients are at risk of infection,and their sensitivity and specificity are poor.It has become a new direction to study more ideal biomarkers for early diagnosis and prognosis of bladder cancer.Based on this,this article summaries the research progress of new urinary protein biomarkers for bladder cancer in recent years.
