Determination of Glyphosate in Water by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography
The paper aims to investigate an analytical method for the determination of glyphosate in water using high-performance liquid chromatography.Using a C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 µm)chromatography column, phosphate buffer and acetonitrile:phosphate buffer(35∶65,V/V)were used as mobile phases with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The determination was performed using high-performance liquid chromatography; The detection wavelength is 302 nm.The detection limit of this method is 0.063 μg/L,with a relative standard deviation of 0.10%.The recovery rate of glyphosate in the experiment showed high accuracy, ranging from 97.6%to 100.1%.When conducting spiking experiments at a background concentration of 10 μg/L of the target substance, the recovery rate was 97.57%;In the spiking experiment at a background concentration of 100 μg/L of the target substance, the recovery rate significantly increased to 99.8%;The spiked recovery rate of the target substance with a background concentration of 150 µg/L reached 99.2%.The detection results of this method are accurate, reliable, and have a high recovery rate, indicating that this method is suitable for detecting glyphosate.
