摘要

唾液乳杆菌具有重要的商业价值,实现高密度发酵与制备对于将其投入产业化应用至关重要.文章以唾液乳杆菌AR809为目标菌株,通过单因素实验和响应面设计优化其高密度培养条件.结果表明,最适当的培养基配方为:葡萄糖21.111 9 g/L、酪蛋白胨10 g/L、牛肉浸出粉10 g/L、酵母提取物7.047 5 g/L、柠檬酸氢二铵2.063 1 g/L、磷酸氢二钾2 g/L、三水乙酸钠6.3 g/L、七水合硫酸镁0.58 g/L、一水合硫酸锰0.25 g/L,吐温80 0.5 mL/L.文章为之后对唾液乳杆菌AR809进行高密度培养提供了数据基础.

Abstract

Ligilactobacillus salivarius has important commercial value.It is very important to realize high density fermentation and preparation for industrial application.In this experiment,L.salivarius AR809 was used as the target strain,and its high-density culture conditions were optimized by single factor experiment and response surface design.The optimum medium was formulated as follows(g/L):glucose 21.111 9,casein peptone 10,beef extract 10,yeast extract 7.047 5,diammonium hydrogen citrate 2.063 1,potassium phosphate dibasic 2,sodium acetate trihydrate 6.3,magnesium sulphate heptahydrate 0.58,manganese sulphate monohydrate 0.25,and tween 80 0.5 mL/L.In conclusion,this paper provides a data base for the next high-density culture of L.salivarius AR809.
