Screening and Identification of Lactic Acid Bacteria Against to Botrytis cinerea
Botrytis cinerea is one of the main pathogens of fruit and vegetable spoilage.Because of its safety and non-toxicity,lactic acid bacteria have a certain antibacterial effect, which has a potential value to inhibit the pathogens of postharvest spoilage of fruits and vegetables. In view of this, this study is expected to isolate and screen out lactic acid bacteria from fermented foods and common fruits, and 10 strains were found to have antibacterial activity against Botrytis cinerea;three strains(JZ a 1,MJ a 2,PS B 1)were identified as Lactobacillus fermentum, two strains(ZLJ,MDF B)as Lactiplantibacillus pentosus, and MHTb as Lactobacillus acidophilus, four strains(SCB1,MJA,MDF A,MHTA1)need to be further identified. This study provides a practical basis and theoretical support for the development of bio-preservatives for fruits and vegetables.
