This paper studies the qualitative and quantitative methods and applications of amphetamine drugs in hair.Amphetamine drugs,such as methamphetamine and ecstasy,are widely used in medicine and toxicology industry.As a stable biological specimen,hair can record the long-term history of individual drug exposure,so its analysis is of great significance.This paper systematically reviews the collection and pretreatment methods of hair samples,as well as analysis methods such as gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.The application of these methods in clinical,forensic and toxicological fields is discussed,including the monitoring of patients'drug history,the abuse detection of criminal suspects,and the study of drug metabolism in animal models.This paper aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the research on amphetamine drugs in hair and provides useful references for practical applications in related fields.
