Tandem mass spectrometry can be used for the analysis of both the original and metabolites,is suitable for the analysis of strong polarity,thermal instability,non-volatile and macromolecular compounds,as well as can be directly used for the analysis of bound metabolites.This method has the advantages of simple and rapid sample pretreatment,and does not need derivatization.
