Analysis of Food Microbiological Examination Content and Detection Technology
Microbial contamination can lead to food poisoning and outbreaks of infectious diseases,posing a serious threat to consumer health and the sustainable development of the food industry.Traditional microbial detection methods,such as cultivation and biochemical detection technologies,are widely used in the food industry,but face limitations such as long processing time,low sensitivity,and limited specificity.With the advancement of technology,new methods such as molecular biology,nanotechnology,and biosensors are changing the pattern of food microbiology detection.This paper conducts in-depth discussions on the types of food microorganisms,standard methods for inspection,and advanced detection technologies,in order to provide comprehensive guidances for food microbiology inspection and promote sustainable progress of food safety technology for the food industry.
