Clinical Characteristics and Structure of Microbiota in Lower Respiratory Tract
The development of pneumonia is closely related to the host immune response, and the changes of the lower respiratory tract microbiota structure have a great impact on the disease process.Previous studies have explored the clinical characteristics of pneumonia patients, but the systematic analysis of the lower respiratory tract microbiota and the association between it and clinical manifestations still need further study. This paper discusses the interaction between the clinical characteristics of pneumonia patients and the microbiota structure of the lower respiratory tract,in order to provide deeper theoretical insights, clinical guidance, and new perspectives for the treatment and prevention of pneumonia.
