摘要

生物毒素广泛存在于自然环境和农产品中,是一种结构多样且种类繁多的物质.值得强调的是,含有此类物质的食物往往具有致毒性,严重威胁着人类的正常生活.在此背景下,科学家们针对生物毒素提出并发展了多种检测分析技术,包括免疫荧光法、质谱法等.其中,液质联用技术表现出了显著的高特异性和高灵敏度.基于此,文章针对液质联用技术的应用展开阐述.

Abstract

Biotoxins widely exist in the natural environment and agricultural products,which is a substance with diverse structures and a great variety of types.It is worth emphasizing that foods containing such substances often cause poisoning,which threatens the normal life of humans to a certain extent.In this context,scientists have proposed and developed a variety of detection and analysis techniques for biotoxins,including immunofluorescence and mass spectrometry.Among them,LMS technology has significant high specificity and high sensitivity.Based on this,this paper discusses the applications of LMS technology.
