摘要
口腔是微生物进入人体的主要途径之一,这些微生物可以通过消化道迁移到肠道中,进而影响肠道微生物群的组成和功能.口腔微生物群与肠道微生物群之间的相互作用涉及微生物的迁移和代谢产物的交换,这些交换过程对消化系统和机体健康具有重要影响.因此,文章针对口腔微生物群与肠道微生物群之间的交互机制及相互作用机制展开探究,并提出这一交互机制的临床意义与应用,以期为口腔和肠道疾病的预防和治疗提供新的视角.
Abstract
The oral cavity is one of the main pathways for microorganisms to enter the human body,and these microorganisms can migrate to the intestinal tract through the digestive tract,which can affect the composition and function of the intestinal microbiota.The interactions between oral microbiota and intestinal microbiota involve the migration of microorganisms and the exchange of metabolites,and these exchange processes affect the health of the digestive system and the whole body.Therefore,this paper explores the interaction mechanism between oral microbiota and intestinal microbiota,and proposes the clinical significance and applications of this interaction mechanism,in order to provide a new perspective for the prevention and treatment of oral and intestinal diseases.
