Research on the Active Components of Modified Dahuang-Huanglian-Xiexin Decoction Based on the Intestinal Microbiota-Inflammatory Metabolic Pathways
The interaction between intestinal microorganisms and the inflammatory metabolic pathways of the host plays an important regulatory role in health and disease development. This paper explores the role of the active components of modified Dahuang-Huanglian-Xiexin decoction in the regulation of intestinal microorganisms and inflammatory metabolic pathways by studying the active components of this prescription.Through the applications of a variety of research methods, the effects of key components in the prescription on intestinal microbial diversity and flora composition are revealed, and the ability of these components to regulate major inflammatory markers is confirmed.Further analysis reveals that these components plays a role by regulating gene expression and protein levels in related pathways. The results of this study provide an experimental basis for the deep understanding of the efficacy of modified Dahuang-Huanglian-Xiexin decoction, and provide ideas for future research on new treatment methods.
