文章采用高通量16S rRNA基因测序技术对肩袖损伤组织和健康对照组织中的微生物群落展开分析,并通过酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法评估炎症标志物的水平,以揭示微生物群落失调与肩袖损伤炎症之间的潜在联系。
Study of Microbial-mediated Inflammatory Mechanisms in Rotator Cuff Injury
In this study,microbial communities in rotator cuff injury tissues and healthy control tissues were analysed by using high-throughput 16S rRNA gene sequencing,and the level of inflammatory markers was assessed by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)method,aiming at revealing the potential link between microbial community dysregulation and inflammation in rotator cuff injury.
