银杏叶提取物对阿尔茨海默病小鼠模型的治疗潜力及其可能的作用机制

文章重点探讨银杏叶提取物EGb 761对阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)小鼠模型中β淀粉样蛋白(amyloid-beta,Aβ)沉积的影响,采用侧脑室给药方法建立AD小鼠模型,并通过口服给予EGb 761的方式进行干预.研究采用行为学测试(Y迷宫实验)评估EGb 761对AD小鼠认知功能的影响;同时,通过ELISA法检测Aβ1-42和pT181-tau蛋白水平,探究EGb 761对AD标志性蛋白表达的影响.结果显示,EGb 761可明显改善AD小鼠模型中Aβ沉积和tau蛋白磷酸化水平.这表明EGb 761可能通过调节Aβ的产生途径和tau蛋白磷酸化过程来发挥其抗AD作用.
The Therapeutic Potential and Possible Mechanisms of Action of Ginkgo Biloba Extract on the Alzheimer's Disease Mouse Model
This study discusses the effect of the Ginkgo biloba extract EGb 761 on the Aβdeposition of Alzheimer's disease(AD)mouse model,and establish the AD mouse model through the intraventricular administration and intervened by orally administering EGb 761.The study employs the behavioral test(Y-maze test)to evaluate the impact of EGb 761 on the cognitive function of AD mice;meanwhile,tests the Aβ1-42 and pT181-tau protein level by using ELISA to explore the influence of EGb 761 on the expression of hallmark proteins of AD.The results remind us that EGb 761 can significantly mitigate the Aβ deposition and tau protein phosphorylation in an AD mouse model,which reveals that EGb 761 may exert its anti-AD effect by modulating the pathway of Aβgeneration and the process of tau protein phosphorylation.
