碳中和背景下微藻生物固碳技术探究

生物固碳技术是一种可持续发展的碳减排方法,可提升碳减排能力,实现碳达峰、碳中和的"双碳"目标。文章通过文献分析、对比分析法,分析了微藻生物藻种选育及其培养技术,探究了微藻生物收获方法与衍生应用。结果表明,通过"环境筛选+基因工程"的方法,可以获取固碳能力更强、生存能力更优的微藻生物;同时,在光生物反应器条件下,合理控制光照、温度、pH值、CO2浓度、气体传质、营养物质等各项指标,可有效提升微藻生物发育与繁殖能力,进一步提高微藻固碳效应。在推广应用微藻生物固碳技术时,需要考虑高效固碳微藻品种选育、微藻生长环境因子调控技术,以提升微藻生物固碳技术的综合效益。
An Investigation of Microalgae Biological Carbon Sequestration Technology in the Context of Carbon Neutrality
The biological carbon sequestration technology is a sustainable carbon emission reduction method,which can enhance the carbon emission reduction capacity and realize the dual carbon goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.Through literature analysis and comparative analysis method,this article analyzes the microalgae species selection and cultivation technology,and explores the harvesting methods for microalgae and their derived applications.The results show that microalgae organisms with stronger carbon sequestration capacity and better survival ability can be obtained through the method of environmental screening+genetic engineering.Under the condition of the photobioreactor,the reasonable control of various indexes,such as light,temperature,pH,CO2 concentration,gas transfer and nutrients can effectively enhance the reproduction and development of microalgae organisms,and further increase the effect of microalgae carbon sequestration.When promoting the applications of microalgae biological carbon sequestration technology,it is necessary to consider the selection and cultivation of highly efficient carbon sequestering microalgae varieties,microalgae growth environment factor regulation and control technology,in oder to enhance the comprehensive benefits of microalgae biological carbon sequestration technology.
