摘要

随着人口老龄化问题日益加重,衰老相关疾病的预防和治疗已逐渐成为研究热点.秀丽隐杆线虫凭借个体小、生命周期短、繁殖迅速、遗传背景清晰、易于培养和观察、与人类基因同源性高等优点,目前已被广泛用于抗衰老、抗感染、神经退行性疾病和药物筛选等领域.文章综述了以秀丽线虫为模型的衰老分子机制、衰老评价指标以及构建的相关衰老模型,以期为抗衰老领域的发展开辟新路径.

Abstract

As the problem of population aging is getting severe,aging and aging-related diseases have gradually become the hot research topics.The C.elegans(Caenorhabditis elegans)has the advantages of small individual size,short life cycle,rapid reproduction,clear genetic background,easy cultivation and observation,and high homology with human genes,and has been widely used in the fields of anti-aging,anti-infection,neurodegenerative disease treatment and drug screening.In this paper,the molecular mechanism of aging,the indexes for evaluating aging and the related aging models based on the C.elegans model are reviewed,in order to find new development paths in the field of anti-aging.
