基于肠道菌群的黄芪甲苷降糖作用的研究

摘要
黄芪甲苷作为一种从中药黄芪中提取出来的主要活性成分,已被证实具有显著的降糖效果.近年来,肠道菌群作为人体健康的重要影响因素,在糖代谢中的作用受到了广泛关注.特别是肠道菌群对糖尿病等代谢性疾病的调节作用,为开发新型降糖疗法提供了新视角.文章对基于肠道菌群的黄芪甲苷的降糖作用展开研究,以期为相关研究提供理论参考.
Abstract
Astragaloside Ⅳ,as the main active ingredient extracted from the traditional Chinese medicine Astragaloside,has been proved to have significant hypoglycemic effects.In recent years,intestinal flora,as an important factor affecting human health and disease,its role in glucose metabolism has been widely concerned.In particular,the regulatory function of intestinal flora in metabolic diseases such as diabetes provides a new perspective for the development of novel hypoglycemic therapies.The hypoglycemic effect of astragaloside is studied based on intestinal flora in order to provide theoretical references for relevant researchers.
