以"四个面向"为基础的《食品工艺学》课程思政案例库构建研究

摘要
为落实推进食品专业"立德树人"的根本任务,文章以增强"四个自信"为育人目标,以科学研究的"四个面向"为基础,从"历史文化/案例""科学创新""政策指导""产业发展"和"生活点滴"五个角度入手,充分挖掘思政案例,建立了《食品工艺学》专业课程的思政典型案例库,并充分解析了不同思政案例与育人目标之间的关联,以期推动《食品工艺学》课程思政建设,为培养具备良好的政治和道德素养以及过硬专业技能的食品专业人才奠定坚实的理论基础.
Abstract
To advance the essential task of"cultivating virtue and nurturing individuals"in the food speciality,this paper sets the goal of enhancing the"four-sphere confidence"as the educational target and uses the"four orientations"of scientific research as the foundation.From the perspectives of historical culture/cases,scientific innovation,policy guidance,industry development and daily life,the paper thoroughly explores ideological and political education cases to construct a typical case library of ideological and political education in the"Food Technology"course and extensively analyzes the relationships between different ideological and political education cases and the educational objectives,aiming at providing references for the ideological and political education construction of the"Food Technology"course,and laying the groundwork for cultivating food professionals with excellent political and moral qualities and outstanding professional skills.
