Uncertainty Assessment of Total Number of Aerobic Bacteria in Cosmetics by Plate Counting Method
In this paper, the uncertainty principle was introduced into plate counting to investigate the detection error of plate counting method in the process of detecting the total number of aerobic bacteria. The method is based on USP 2023<61>;Microbial limit check of non-sterile products, microbial counting method for quantitative detection of the total number of aerobic bacteria in cosmetics, according to the requirements of JJF1059.1-2012《Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty》,Using the total number of aerobic bacteria to the value of the value,by assessing the measurement uncertainty of the plate counting method in the total number of aerobic bacteria detection. The detection error of plate count[1]is discussed. The results show that the error of the plate method for detecting the total number of aerobic bacteria mainly comes from the uncertainty of class A evaluation, and the error caused by class B evaluation uncertainty can be ignored,So as to obtain the extended uncertainty. Conclusion The measurement uncertainty of the plate count result in the total number of aerobic bacteria detection can be used to evaluate the detection error of the plate count method[2].
