摘要
耐霉菌性能是漆膜涂层的一项重要性能,基于此,文章对国内外漆膜涂层防霉性能的测试标准进行比较,涉及 GB/T 1741-2020、HG/T 3950-2007、JISZ 2911-2018、ASTM D5590-17(2021),以及ASTM G3273-2021,从标准的适用范围、测试菌种、测试培养基以及结果评价等方面入手,对涂料漆膜防霉测试标准的应用现状展开分析,比较各种测试方法的异同之处,并讨论现有标准体系存在的问题,以期为防霉涂料漆膜的检测工作提供可靠的参考.
Abstract
Mold resistance is an important property of paint film coatings.This paper compares the test standards for mold resistance of paint film coatings at home and abroad,including GB/T 1741-2020,HG/T 3950-2007,JISZ 2911-2018,ASTM D5590-17(2021),and ASTM G3273-2021.From the scope of application of the standards,the test strains,the test medium,the result evaluation and other aspects,the current status of the mold resistance test standards for paint films is analyzed,the differences between the various test methods are compared,and the problems existing in the current standard system are discussed,in order to provide some references for the detection of mold resistance paint film coatings.
