Analysis on the Accuracy of Pathogenic Microorganism Test in Diagnosing Vibrio Diarrhea in Middle-aged and Elderly Residents of Hai'an
This paper analyzes the accuracy of pathogenic microorganism test in diagnosing vibrio diarrhea in middle-aged and elderly residents.256 middle-aged and elderly residents with diarrhea in the urban area of Hai'an from January 2021 to December 2022 are seleted as the research subjects. This study analyzes the pathogen types, epidemiological characteristics of cases, drug resistance and sensitivity. In the 256 cases, there are relatively more test results showing the type of pathogenic bacteria as Aeromonas hydrophila;the epidemiological characteristics shows that genders and years have no significant effect on pathogenic bacterial infection, while months have a significant effect on pathogenic bacterial infection;drug resistance shows that different antibiotic pathogens have different levels in this aspect;for sensitivity analysis, multiple antibiotics, including cefotaxime(CTX),have a sensitivity of 100%to pathogens. The research conclusion shows that pathogenic microorganism test has certain accuracy in diagnosing bacterial diarrhea in middle-aged and elderly residents.
