摘要
为分析探讨不同抗凝管对部分凝血激活酶时间(PTT)结果的影响,文章分别对两个厂家生产的抗凝管的管帽、管体和抗凝剂进行PTT试验.与空白或阴性对照组相比,2种抗凝管的管帽均对PTT无显著影响(P＞0.05);抗凝管A的管体对PTT无显著影响(P＞0.05),但抗凝管B的管体的PTT显著低于空白和阴性对照组(P＜0.05);与空白对照组相比,2种抗凝管中的抗凝剂均对PTT无显著影响(P＞0.05),但与阴性对照组相比,其PTT显著升高(P＜0.05).由此可知,影响抗凝管PTT结果的主要因素是抗凝管的管体部分.
Abstract
The effect of two types of anticoagulant tubes on partial thromboplastin time(PTT)is discussed.This study conducts PTT test on the caps,bodies and anticoagulants of two anticoagulant tubes from two manufacturers respectively.Compared with blank or negative control,the tube caps of these two types of anticoagulant tubes have no significant effect on PTT(P＞0.05);the body of anticoagulant tube A has no significant effect on PTT(P＞0.05),but the PTT of tube B is significantly lower than that of the blank and negative control(P＜0.05).Compared with blank control,the anticoagulants of the two types of anticoagulant tubes have no significant effect on PTT(P＞0.05);but compared with negative control,the PTT of these two anticoagulant tubes is significantly increased(P＜0.05).This result indicates that the main factor affecting PTT result of anticoagulant tubes is the body of anticoagulant tubes.
