Analysis on Microbial Communities in Underground Spaces
The health of personnel entering underground spaces is closely related to the environmental quality of relevant spaces.Based on the theoretical research results of microbial environment in underground spaces and healthy living environment at home and abroad,this paper collects environmental samples from different depths of underground spaces,determines the number and types of microorganisms,and understands the pollution status and distribution characteristics of bacteria and fungi in different depths of underground spaces,in order to provide the basis for the protective measures taken by personnel for the long-term living and working in underground spaces.
