Research on Microbial Drug Metabolism Based on Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry
Microorganisms participate in drug conversion through a unique enzyme system,which can lead to increased or decreased drug activities,and even produce toxic metabolites.Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS)technology,based on its high resolution and sensitivity,can accurately determine the concentration of drugs and their metabolites,and provide detailed information about the impact of microorganisms on drug metabolism,thereby supporting the decision-making process of drug development and safety assessment.Therefore,this article will explore microbial drug metabolism based on liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technology,in order to provide theoretical references for modern medicine.
