摘要

解离素金属蛋白酶10(ADAM10)作为一种具有蛋白水解活性的跨膜蛋白酶,与多种疾病和生理过程相关.在阿尔茨海默氏病(AD)中,ADAM10通过减少Aβ的生成、影响突触功能和维护正常神经元的功能可减轻其病理损伤.此外,ADAM10在其他脑部疾病、炎症反应、癌症以及多种生理过程中发挥着重要的作用.对ADAM10进行调控,可能有助于开发新的治疗干预药物和措施.鉴于此,文章就ADAM10与疾病的关系展开综述.

Abstract

A disintegrin and metalloprotease 10(ADAM10)is a transmembrane protease with proteolytic activity,which is related to a variety of diseases and physiological processes.ADAM10 in AD by reducing the production of Aβ,affecting synapses,and maintaining normal neurons,can reduce the pathological damage of Alzheimer's disease(AD).In addition,ADAM10 also plays an important role in other brain diseases,inflammatory reactions,cancers,and various physiological processes.The regulatory control for ADAM10 may help develop new therapeutic intervention drugs and measures.Based on this,the article reviews the relationship between ADAM10 and diseases.
