Preparation of Nanoparticles and Their Applications in Photothermal Therapy and Near Infrared Imaging of Tumor Cells
This article reviews the applications of nanoparticles in photothermal therapy and near-infrared imaging of tumor cells.The research focuses on the preparation methods of nanoparticles and their applications in biomedicine,and especially how to improve the accuracy of tumor diagnosis and treatment effectiveness through photothermal conversion and imaging enhancement techniques.By analyzing the optical properties and biomedical applications of materials such as metal nanoparticles and molybdenum disulfide nanosheets,the potential of nanoparticles in improving the efficiency of photothermal therapy and imaging quality is demonstrated.The results showed that the successful application of nanoparticles can significantly improve the local treatment effectiveness and image accuracy of tumors.However,the clinical application of nanoparticles still faces challenges such as biocompatibility and toxicity.Future research needs to focus on developing novel nanomaterials and smart nanosystems to improve the targeting and precision of treatment.This study provides theoretical basis and technical supports for the application of nanoparticles in the field of tumor treatment and diagnosis,and demonstrates its broad application prospects in the field of medical health.
