摘要

随着科技发展,MBR已成为比较成熟的工艺,凭借高效的COD去除率、SRT和HRT分离效果,展示出剩余污泥量少、操作灵活、耐冲击负性能强等独特优势,被广泛应用于废水处理等领域中.为提高出水水质、缓解膜污染的问题以及探究降低废水处理过程中能耗和资源化利用的可能性,MBR衍生出了新型高截留膜生物反应器(HR-MBR).文章介绍了 HR-MBR和AnMBR两种工艺的研究方向和研究进展,并借此展望了 MBR工艺未来的发展趋势.

Abstract

MBR has been a relatively mature process,which is widely used in many fields,such as wastewater treatment,based on to its unique advantages including high efficiency of COD removal,separate effect of SRT and HRT,low residual sludge volume,flexible operation,and high shock-negative resistance.At the same time,in order to improve the effluent quality,alleviate the problem of membrane contamination,and explore the possibility of reducing energy consumption and resource utilization in wastewater treatment,MBR has spawned a novel high retention-membrane bioreactor(HR-MBR).This paper introduces the research direction and progress of HR-MBR and AnMBR,and looks forward to the future development trend of MBR process.
