Research on Clinical Application in Vaginitis in Microorganisms
The paper studied the clinical application of microbiological testing in vaginitis.94 suspected vaginitis patients admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to April 2024 were included in the study. All 94 patieipants underwent microbiological testing, which included conventional microscopy, cultivation, and agglutination methods.Based on the clinical comprehensive diagnosis results, calculate the positive detection rate, sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of the three methods mentioned above, totaling four indicators.Based on the statistical analysis results of the four indicators, the paper comprehensively compared and objectively evaluated the diagnostic efficacy of different methods and the application value of microbiological testing. The results showed that the positive detection rate of conventional microscopy was higher than that of cultivation method(92.55%vs 82.98%,p<0.05),and also higher than that of agglutination method(92.55%vs 79.79%,p<0.05).The sensitivity of conventional microscopy was higher than that of conventional method(98.86%vs 86.36%,p<0.05),and also higher than that of agglutination method(98.86%vs 82.95%,p<0.05).The accuracy of conventional microscopy was higher than that of conventional method(98.94%vs 85.11%,p<0.05),and also higher than that of agglutination method(98.94%vs 81.91%,p<0.05).The specificity of conventional microscopy, culture method, and agglutination method were 100.00%,66.67%,and 66.67%,respectively,with no significant difference compared(p>0.05).It indicated that microbial testing has the function of assisting clinical diagnosis of vaginitis, and the diagnostic efficiency of conventional microscopy is relatively high, which can provide valuable data information for the formulation and improvement of diagnosis and treatment plans.
