铜绿假单胞菌检测方法的比较分析与优化

文章按照GB 8538-2016鉴定标准对水中铜绿假单胞菌超标的样品进行检验,基于微生物在不同培养基上具有不同的形态特征,通过对营养琼脂、CN琼脂、乙酰胺培养基、RAPID's P。aeruginosa Agar4种培养基上不同水样中的铜绿假单胞超标样品进行检验,同时结合LAMP分子法和VITEK 2 Compact全自动细菌鉴定结果,对不同检测技术、方法进行比较分析。对比发现,LAMP分子法能够在准确检测出铜绿假单胞菌的基础上减少检测时间,不仅优化了微生物实验室病原菌检测方法,而且还提升了铜绿假单胞菌的检测效率。
Comparative Analysis and Optimization of Detection Methods for Pseudomonas Aeruginosa
In this study,the water samples of Pseudomonas aeruginosa exceeding the standard were tested according to GB 8538-2016.Microorganisms have different morphological characteristics on different media.The superstandard samples of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in different water samples were tested on nutrient agar,CN agar,acetamide medium and RAPID's P.eruginosa Agar.Combined with LAMP molecular method and VITEK 2 Compact automatic bacterial identification results,different detection techniques and methods were compared and analyzed.The results showed that LAMP molecular method could greatly reduce the detection time on the basis of accurately detecting Pseudomonas aeruginosa,optimize the detection method of pathogenic bacteria in microbiology laboratory,and improve the detection efficiency of Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
