Bioinformatic Analysis of the CSN5 Effector Protein of Piriformospora Indica
In this study, the analysis of CSN5 effector protein provides a new idea and direction for the research of the interaction between Piriformospora indica and plants, and is helpful to further explore related problems.Bioinformatics software, such as Protpapram,ProtScale and NCBI-CD-search are used to predict the main characteristics of CSN5.CSN5 protein is composed of 369 amino acids and is a stable hydrophilic protein with a specific conserved domain belonging to the Mov34/MPN/PAD-1 family. The bioinformatic analysis shows that the CSN5 protein has strong conservation and can interact with many proteins to achieve the deubiquitination, which lays a foundation for effector proteins to improve plant stress resistance.
