Comparison of Total Amino Acid Content in Asparagus Cochinchinensis from Different Producing Areas
The paper aimed to compare the content of total amino acids in Asparagus cochinchinensis from different producing areas.Amino acids were extracted by water extraction method,L-asparagine was used as reference substance, spectrophotometry was used,2%ninhydrin and potassium dihydrogen phosphate-sodium hydroxide buffer were used for color development, and the absorbance was measured at 568 nm.The content of total amino acids in Asparagus cochinchinensis from 11 different habitats was determined, and the content of total amino acids in Asparagus cochinchinensis was calculated. The content of total amino acid in Asparagus cochinchinensis was high, and the contents in different producing areas were different. The concentration of L-asparagine in the range of 4-14 μg/mL showed a good linear relationship with absorbance(R2=0.999 2),and the regression equation was A=0.072 7c+0.003.The average recovery was 101.429%,SRSD=3.9%.This method can be used for the content determination of total amino acids in Asparagus cochinchinensis.
