气相色谱-质谱法测定水质醇酮类的含量

文章旨在优化气相色谱-质谱法测定水质醇酮类含量的方法.在碱性和酸性条件下,用二氯甲烷萃取样本后进行分析测定.色谱柱条件:Rtx-5MS毛细管柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm);固定相为5%苯基-甲基聚硅氧烷.研究结果表明,醇酮类化合物在1.5~30 μg/mL的质量浓度范围内呈现出良好的线性关系,检出限为0.09 μg/L,回收率为61.2%~101%,相对标准偏差(SRSD)为 2.3%~5.4%.由此可见,该方法准确、可靠,可用于水质中双丙酮醇及乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯的检测.
Determination of Diacetone Alcohol in Water by Gas Chromatography-mass Spectrometry
The article aims to optimize the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)uhich is used to determine the content of diacetone alcohol in water.Under alkaline and acidic conditions,the water sample is extracted with dichloromethane for analysis and determination.The chromatographic column is Rtx-5MS capillary column(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm),and the stationary phase is 5%phenyl-methylpolysiloxane.The results show that diacetone alcohol exhibits a good linear relationship within the concentration range of 1.5~30 μg/mL,the detection limit is 0.09 μg/L,the rate of recovery is 61.2%~101%,and the relative standard deviation(SRSD)is 2.3%~5.4%.It is indicated that this method is accurate and reliable,and can be used for the detection of diacetone alcohol and ethylene glycol ether acetate in water quality.
