Determination of Diacetone Alcohol in Water by Gas Chromatography-mass Spectrometry
The article aims to optimize the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)uhich is used to determine the content of diacetone alcohol in water.Under alkaline and acidic conditions, the water sample is extracted with dichloromethane for analysis and determination. The chromatographic column is Rtx-5MS capillary column(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm),and the stationary phase is 5%phenyl-methylpolysiloxane.The results show that diacetone alcohol exhibits a good linear relationship within the concentration range of 1.5~30 μg/mL,the detection limit is 0.09 μg/L,the rate of recovery is 61.2%~101%,and the relative standard deviation(SRSD)is 2.3%~5.4%.It is indicated that this method is accurate and reliable, and can be used for the detection of diacetone alcohol and ethylene glycol ether acetate in water quality.
