Investigation of the operation status of pneumoconiosis rehabilitation stations in Xinjiang based on qualitative research
Objective To analyze the problems existing in the operation of pneumoconiosis rehabilitation stations in Xinjiang, explore the urgent problems, and put forward relevant countermeasures. Methods Using the purpose sampling method,we selected 11 managers and rehabilitation physicians from 7 rehabilitation stations who met the inclusion criteria.Based on the ecosystem theory, the interview outline was designed to conduct semi-structured interviews with the subjects, including the operation status and existing difficulties of the pneumoconiosis rehabilitation station in Xinjiang.Based on the results of field investigations, the Colaizzi 7-step analysis method was used to organize and analyze the interview data. Results At the microscale level, patients paid less attention to the rehabilitation station, and patients'motivation and adherence to participate in pulmonary rehabilitation training was poor.At the medium-scale level, patients had a lower rate of completion of rehabilitation programs, the management system of rehabilitation stations needed to be improved, the existing training mechanism needed to be optimized, and the professional level of rehabilitation physicians needed to be improved. At the macroscale level,work-related injury medical insurance and salary systems should be optimized. Conclusion There are still obvious deficiencies in the work of Xinjiang pneumoconiosis rehabilitation stations;we should focus on improving the quality of rehabilitation services, continuously improving the talent training mechanism, strengthening the quality of training, promoting full coverage of work-related medical insurance for pneumo-coniosis rehabilitation stations, and establishing a reasonable remuneration system.
