目的 掌握全国非金属矿物制品业企业粉尘及噪声浓(强)度,为开展职业病危害专项治理,改善工作环境提供科学依据.方法 对2020和2021年全国工作场所职业病危害因素监测项目中14 818家非金属矿物制品业企业煤尘、矽尘、水泥粉尘和噪声浓(强)度进行分析,使用Kruskal-Wallis H秩和检验和x2检验等方法比较非金属矿物制品业不同行业中类和企业规模粉尘、噪声的浓(强)度和超标率之间的差异.结果 煤尘、矽尘、水泥粉尘和噪声超标率分别为3.90%、27.23%、15.94%和35.76%.煤尘、矽尘、水泥粉尘时间加权平均浓度中位数分别为0.53、0.42、0.61 mg/m3,噪声8小时等效A声级或40小时等效A声级中位数为83.1 dB(A).不同行业各因素浓(强)度和超标率普遍存在差异,小微型企业除矽尘(游离二氧化硅含量>50%)外,其他各因素浓(强)度和超标率普遍高于大中型企业,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 非金属矿物制品业粉尘和噪声浓(强)度超标率较高,特别是小微企业,应督促企业落实职业病防治主体责任,降低劳动者粉尘和噪声接触水平,按期开展职业健康检查,有效保护劳动者健康.
Analysis of dust and noise exposure levels in the manufacture of non-metallic mineral products industry in China from 2020 to 2021
Objective To understand the exposure levels of dusts and noise in the manufacture of non-metallic mineral products industry in China for the implementation of the special intervention of occupational hazards and improvement of the working environment.Methods A total of 14 818 enterprises in the manufacture of non-metallic mineral products industry from the National Surveillance System for Occupational Hazards in the workplace in 2020 and 2021 were included.The difference in concentration(intensity)and over-limit ratio of dust and noise among enterprises with different industry types and different sizes was analyzed by Kruskal-Wallis H test and Chi-Square test.Results The over-limit ratio of coal dust,silica dust,cement dust and noise were 3.90%,27.23%,15.94%and 35.76%,respectively.The median time-weighted average concentration of coal,silica and cement dust was 0.53,0.42 and 0.61 mg/m3,respectively.The median of normalization of equivalent continuous A-weighted sound pressure level to a nominal 8 h working day or 40 h working week was 83.1 dB(A).The differences in the concentration(intensity)and over-limit ratio of various factors in different industries were generally statistically significant.Except for silica dust(free silica content>50%),the concen-tration(intensity)and excess rate of other factors in small-and micro-sized enterprises were generally higher than those in large and medium-sized enterprises in various indicators.Conclusion The concentration(intensity)of dust and noise in the manufacture of non-metallic mineral products industry in China is relatively high,especially in small and micro enterprises.Enterprises should be encouraged to implement the main responsibility for the prevention and control of occupational diseases,reduce the exposure level of dust and noise of workers,and carry out occupational health examination on schedule to effectively protect the health of workers.
