该文对LLC谐振式高频变换器拓扑结构进行分析,详细推导了传统的LLC谐振式变换器的直流电压增益模型,提出了考虑高频变压器寄生参数和谐振电感寄生参数的优化改进方法,建立数学模型分析得到了更为精确的直流电压增益模型,进一步得到了传统增益曲线和改进后直流增益曲线对比图.以提出的改进增益模型为基础,对谐振网络归一化电感比K和品质因数Q进行详细设计,并得到了谐振槽参数的计算方法.该文还对LLC谐振变换器的硬件结构进行介绍,根据LLC谐振变换器的指标,最终搭建了硬件试验平台.试验结果表明,该LLC谐振式软开关高频变换器参数设计能够实现开关网络的零电压开通、整流网络零电流关断软开关功能.
Research and implementation of LLC resonant soft switching high-frequency converter
In this paper,the topology of LLC resonant high frequency converter is analyzed,the tra-ditional DC voltage gain model is derived,and an improved method considering parasitic parameters of high frequency transformer and resonant inductor is proposed,a more accurate DC voltage gain model is obtained.Based on the proposed optimal gain model,the parameters of the resonant slot are calculated in detail.The simulation model is built by simulation software,and the theory is verified by simulation.Fi-nally,the hardware test platform is built.The results show that the LLC resonant soft-switching high-frequency converter can realize soft-switching,and has the characteristics of high precision voltage-stabilized output and high efficiency.
