摘要

铠装热电偶作为石油化工、光伏军工等重大装备制造领域中的重要测温传感器,其用量大、用途广、寿命长.综述了工业用铠装热电偶技术研究现状,以贵、廉金属铠装热电偶为例,分析了工艺方法对其使用寿命和测温性能的影响,探讨了铠装热电偶中存在的问题,并基于当前发展趋势,结合新型单管多点式铠装热电偶技术阐述了今后重点研究方向,以期为铠装热电偶的高性能/轻量化制造提供理论依据.

Abstract

As an important temperature sensor in the field of petrochemical,photovoltaic military and other major equipment manufacturing,the armored thermocouple has large consumption,wide use and long life.In this paper,the technological research status of industrial armored thermocouples is reviewed.Taking precious metal and base metal armored thermocouples as an example,the effects of process meth-ods on their service life and temperature measurement performance are analyzed,and the problems exist-ing in the armored thermocouples are discussed.Based on the current development trend,combined with the new single-tube multi-point armored thermocouple technology,the key research directions in the future are expounded,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the high performance/lightweight manu-facturing of armored thermocouple.
