移动式焊接烟尘净化器的设计及其净化性能的实验研究

针对目前移动式焊接烟尘净化器体积重量大、使用不便以及人机交互性差的问题,设计了一种基于PLC的移动式焊接烟尘净化器控制系统.此控制系统采用西门子S7-200 CPU224型PLC为核心控制器,通过与PM2.5传感器、无刷直流风机和4G网关协同配合,实现了对移动式焊接烟尘净化器的运行控制、操作以及远程监控等功能.对此系统的硬件选型、设计以及软件开发、组态建立进行了详细说明.通过实验对样机进行了性能测试,测试结果表明样机最大处理风量为591.98 m3/h,净化效率达99.75%,具有较好的净化效果.
Experimental study on design andpurification performance of mobile welding dust purifier
Aiming at solving the problems of large volume and heavy weight of mobile welding fume purifier and poor man-machine interaction,a mobile welding fume purifier control system based on PLC was designed.The control system adopts Siemens S7-200 CPU224 PLC as the core controller,and co-operates with the PM2.5 sensor,brushless DC and 4G gateway to realize the functions of operation con-trol,operation and monitoring of the mobile welding fume purifier.The hardware selection,design,soft-ware development and configuration of the system are described in detail.The test results show that the maximum air volume of the prototype is 591.98 m3/h,the purification efficiency is 99.75%,and the prototype has a good purification effect.
