Research of special intelligent controller for pulse extraction column
Pulse extraction column is the key equipment in nuclear fuel reprocessing plant.Its opera-tion is related to the extraction effect and the safety of the whole plant.Monitoring the operation of the pulse extraction column is crucial.In this paper,a special intelligent controller for pulse extraction col-umn is designed and studied,and an independent controller dedicated to pulse extraction column is built.The controller has functions such as independent calculation and storage.It can monitor the operation of pulse extraction column in real time.The controller is equipped with adaptive fuzzy PID control method,which can adjust and control the extraction column interface adaptively.And the controller has fault diag-nosis,remote control and other functions.It can provide more comprehensive measurement and control requirements for the pulse extraction column,improve the operation efficiency of the pulse extraction col-umn and provide support for its safe and stable operation.
