Design of high precision vibration signal acquisition and analysis system for hydraulic valve
To address problems such as complex working environment of hydraulic valve,imprecise vibration data acquisition and difficult line layout of the acquisition system,ARM micro processing is used to design a high-precision vibration acquisition system for hydraulic valve for data acquisition and analysis of large hydraulic equipment.Firstly,the overall design scheme of the hydraulic valve vibration acquisition system is analyzed according to the working environment of large hydraulic equipment,and then the multi-axis acceleration sensor is selected for vibration signal acquisition according to the vibra-tion signal characteristics of the hydraulic valve,and the wireless transmission mode is selected for data transmission between the lower computer and the upper computer according to the difficulties in the ac-quisition system layout.Secondly,the vibration signal analysis system based on power spectrum and high order spectrum is designed in the upper computer software in order to facilitate the rapid data analysis at the acquisition site.Finally,taking the pilot hydraulic valve as an example,the high-precision vibra-tion signal of the hydraulic valve is collected and analyzed in real time.The test results show that the de-signed vibration signal acquisition system can complete the acquisition and field analysis of vibration sig-nals under complex working conditions,and has good engineering application value.
