Design and implementation of a charging station safety charging state monitoring system
To solve the problem of voltage instability during the charging process of existing bulk electric vehicle charging stations, which cannot be monitored in a timely manner, resulting in damage to electric vehicles,a secure charging status monitoring system for charging stations based on the Internet of Things has been designed. When the system is working,it first detects the three-phase voltage input,DC voltage output, and operating temperature of the charging station through a voltage circuit. After noise reduction and compression processing,it is uploaded to the back-end data server for storage through Ro-La wireless sensor network. The back-end monitoring terminal can automatically retrieve data from the data server to determine whether the charging station is in a safe state and whether it can be charged. The experiment shows that the system can accurately and real-time detect the environmental and electrical parameters in the current environment, and has the advantages of long transmission distance, stronger communication reliability and stability,self-organized network, and low power consumption. It can pro-vide good decision-making for safe charging of electric vehicles.
