Design and test of a high-precision industrial platinum resistance automatic verification system
In order to achieve automatic verification of the high-precision industrial platinum resist-ance,the economical automatic verification system based on Keithley 2010 is designed with potential comparison method.Based on.NET platform,the verification software is developed in C language.The temperature measurement error of the system is tested using fixed-point devices,the maximum single temperature measurement error does not exceed 10 mK.The test results show that the difference in data between channels is 0.5 μV,and the maximum parasitic potential of the scanning switch is 0.21 μV.The verification results show that the temperature error between manual and automatic verification is 1 mK.Therefore,the automatic verification system meets the requirements.
